Gift Vouchers are non refundable and are valid for 12 months from the purchase date and will not be accepted after the expiry date. Vouchers may be used for treatments only at Viya beauty salons. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or transferred.

Gift vouchers are not redeemable against the following items or services : Over the counter beauty products, Crystal Clear products.

As a courtesy to other clients following your appointment, late arrivals will result in a reduction of treatment time. Please do not ask the impossible, we will endeavour to carry out what we can within the time slot allocated, or suggest a re-booking. All times stated include preparation of room and client: i.e. 5 minutes at the beginning and end of treatment.

We are aware that many of you may be confused as to which treatment best suites your specific requirements. We are of course, pleased to offer you up-to-date information and advice with a complimentary consultation in the strictest of confidence. 

Do not have heat treatments or undertake exercise (e.g. sauna, sunbed, Jacuzzi, workout, or swim etc.) Less than 8 hours before or 24 hours after your wax. Avoid wearing "Best" underwear for Bikini wax. Avoid normal deodorants after under arm wax. 

Eyelash extensions are not for everyone. This is a high-maintenance beauty treatment that requires gentle care for the lashes to remain in good condition and be long-lasting. Once the lashes are attached, you must not rub or pull on them. You must not wear any mascara or use eyelash curlers. Please click here to read and understand all the information. 

A skin patch test is required for all new hair colour clients. The skin patch test must be applied 24 hours prior to an appointment. Please inform us if you are pregnant or have any known allergies or previous allergic reactions. 

We do not take any guaranty for shellac if they peel of within week time, 2 to 3 days or so, before you leave the salon please check your nails carefully because we cannot take any liability of your polish if you come back and say it wasn't done properly or the edges of the nail weren’t covered properly or there is a bubbles!

Salon Hygiene is, of course, the utmost importance and to achieve optimal cleanliness all our sterilisation equipment is approved by the local Environmental Health Officer.

Most Credit Cards are acceptable, cash, debit cards. All prices include value added tax at a current rate. 

We do not offer refunds for any completed services. However if you are in any way dissatisfied with any aspect of your experience, please contact us we will try our utmost to resolve any problems. 

Viya beauty takes equality and diversity very seriously and will not tolerate any form of discrimination or harassment by clients or staff. Anyone who breaks our equality and diversity policies will be disciplined. Our manager can stop or refuse to offer any treatments who abuse our beauticians.

Food - Always allow at least 1 hour to digest your meals before having treatments. 

Alcohol - Never consume alcohol before any treatment. 

Medical Conditions - If you have any of the following it is essential to tell your therapist before your treatment as some electrical treatments are prohibited if you suffer from these conditions : Pacemaker, Heart Condition, Diabetes, Allergies, Epilepsy, Contact Lenses, Pregnancy

We always treat your personal details with the utmost care; here is a little information to reassure you. Your personal details are for our use only and are stored securely online server or any hard copy securely placed; we never share your details with any third party.

Viya beauty takes the security of your personal data very seriously. We take every effort to protect your personal data from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorized access, modification or disclosure.

We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally required to do so. Access to your personal data is only permitted among our employees on a need-to-know basis and subject to strict contractual confidentiality obligations.

We will store your personal details for as long as we need it for the purpose it is being processed for. Your data collected in treatments consultation process; will be accessed to recommend or suggest best suitable treatment in our salons. We remove client’s data from our database if client had not any treatments in our salons since last 3 years. We will actively review the personal data we hold and delete it securely, when there is no longer a legal, business or consumer need for it to be retained.

Your data may also be retained so that we can continue to improve your treatments experience in our salons and to ensure that you receive any loyalty rewards which are due to you. You can withdraw your consent to prevent your personal data being used this way at any time by contacting us.
